Description:
Mason is a sweet and gentle cat who loves to talk and sleep in bed with you. He had a rough start to life being born outside as a stray, but he's willing to give people a chance even though they weren't always very nice to him. He does have FIV, which is contagious to other cats (but not to people or dogs!), so he will need to be an only cat or in a home with other FIV+ cats. FIV+ cats can live normal lifespans if they are kept indoors and cared for well by their families. They just can't go outside where they might expose other cats or be exposed to other feline illnesses - since their immune system isn't as able to fight illness as a non-FIV cat's.
